This website serves as a showcase for our services and as a communication channel to facilitate your contact with us.
All betting operations (requests, payments, and confirmations) are handled exclusively through our official WhatsApp channel.

By contacting us to request participation in a lottery pool (“bolão”), you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described below.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

1.1. These terms govern the convenience services provided by G.T. LOTERIAS LTDA, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ nº 03.197.642/0001-10, with its physical location at Rua Santa Catarina, Nº 1722, Loja 04, Bairro Vila Guairá, Curitiba – PR, CEP 80.630-120 (“Lottery Operator”).
1.2. Our service consists of acting as your authorized representative (mandatário), under Article 653 of the Brazilian Civil Code. This means that, upon your request, you grant us the authority to register your participation in official Caixa Econômica Federal lottery games directly through our licensed retail terminal.
1.3. RELATIONSHIP WITH CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL: We are an official Caixa lottery retailer but operate independently when providing this convenience service. Other than our licensing, we have no direct affiliation or representation relationship with Caixa Econômica Federal.

2. CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SERVICE

2.1. To use our services, you must be a natural person aged 18 or older and legally capable of entering into contracts.
2.2. You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information during WhatsApp communication, including personal and payment details related to your participation in the pool.

3. HOW OUR LOTTERY POOLS (“BOLÕES”) WORK

3.1. Request: You will contact us through our official WhatsApp number (41) 3142-3451 to join one of our available lottery pools.
3.2. Payment: The total amount due for participation (which includes both the official bet cost and our convenience fee) will be agreed upon during service. Payment is primarily accepted via PIX. Your participation is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
3.3. Confirmation: Once your pool participation is registered on our official Caixa terminal, we will send you a clear and legible photo of the printed ticket via WhatsApp. This photo is your proof that your share in the pool has been validated.
3.4. Physical Ticket Custody: We are responsible for safely keeping the original ticket in our store until the drawing and prize verification have taken place.

4. SERVICE FEE

4.1. For providing this convenience service (registering, safeguarding, and managing the pool ticket), Guaíra Loterias charges a service fee included in the total price informed via WhatsApp.
4.2. The total value communicated includes the official Caixa game cost plus our convenience fee.
4.3. In case of winnings, no additional fees or commissions are charged. 100% of the prize value is yours.

5. CANCELLATIONS

5.1. Once the ticket is registered and the photographed proof has been sent via WhatsApp, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
5.2. A cancellation request will only be accepted if submitted before the official ticket registration is completed in-store.

6. PRIZES AND PAYOUTS

6.1. All pool tickets under our custody are automatically verified after each draw. If a winning ticket is detected, we will proactively contact you via WhatsApp.
6.2. Prizes up to R$ 2,259.20 (or the current limit for lottery retailers): We will redeem the prize from Caixa and transfer the full amount to your bank account via PIX.
6.3. Prizes above R$ 2,259.20: These must be redeemed directly at a Caixa Econômica Federal branch. In such cases, you must personally visit our store with a valid photo ID to collect the original winning ticket. Responsibility for claiming the prize at Caixa lies with you after ticket delivery.
6.4. The deadline for claiming the ticket or receiving prize transfers is 90 calendar days from the draw date. After this period, the prize expires as per Caixa regulations.

7.  LIABILITY LIMITATION

7.1. Our responsibility is limited to: (a) properly registering your participation, (b) securely storing the ticket, and (c) handling prizes according to Section 6.
7.2. We are not responsible for internet issues, WhatsApp app malfunctions, or other technical problems preventing timely communication before draw closure.
7.3. In cases of force majeure (e.g., system outages, power failures, or Caixa downtime), we will refund the full amount paid for unregistered bets.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (LGPD)

8.1. We respect your privacy. Personal information (name, CPF, banking details) is used exclusively to facilitate registration, communication, and prize payments.
8.2. Data will never be shared with third parties, except when required by law or authorities.

9. SECURITY AND TRANSPARENCY MEASURES

9.1. Licensed Operator: Guaíra Loterias is a Caixa Econômica Federal authorized lottery retailer, operating under the license CNPJ nº 03.197.642/0001-10.
9.2. Official Ticket Registration: All pool entries are recorded in the official Caixa system, ensuring full authenticity and traceability.
9.3. Proof of Participation: Every participant receives a photo of their registered ticket via WhatsApp.
9.4. Ticket Custody: All physical tickets are stored in a secure, monitored location until the official draw.
9.5. Transparency Policy: Participants can request confirmation of ticket numbers and combinations at any time prior to the draw.
9.6. Prize Distribution: Prizes are divided strictly according to the number of shares (quotas) purchased by each participant in the pool.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1. These Terms may be updated at any time, with the latest version always available on our website.
10.2. The relationship between you and G.T. LOTERIAS LTDA is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
10.3. The competent jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the District Court of Curitiba, PR.
